He chats about his tough up-bringing in Castlemilk and how he used football as an escape. He reveals how close he came to a £1M move to boyhood heroes Celtic and he details how Jim McLean ruined Dundee United's Scottish Cup celebrations.
 
The ex-Tannadice winger also cites the 1982 World Cup as his inspiration. He opens up on his spiral into alcohol and drug addiction after the death of his dad and how he eventually emerged from the other side with his life in tact. The ex-Rangers, Kilmarnock and St Mirren defender opens up on why Tommy Burns asked him for a square-go in the tunnel during an Old Firm reserve game, he reminisces about his decade at Kilmarnock including that famous Scottish Cup win and he reveals his regrets from his 15 year playing career. 
 
Roughie chats wanting to hammer Bertie Auld's door down after the Celtic hero put the breaks on a move to Manchester City, Tam Cowan claims his biggest regret was being in charge of the Millennium Hogmanay countdown, and not The Hour.
